According to requirements of article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "About collection on compulsory national pension insurance", the Law of Ukraine of December 20, 2016 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring balance of budget receipts in 2017" and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides No. 1791-VIII:

1. No. 220 "About establishment of procedure for carrying out transactions on purchase by physical resident persons of cash foreign currency for repayment of foreign currency loans" to exclude Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 9, 2015.

With respect thereto Items 2 - 5 to consider respectively Items 1 - 4.

2. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine and authorized non-bank financial institutions for use in work.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
