About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 10, the Art. 442) the following changes:

To replace 1) regarding 1 Article 131 in state language of the word "kozgoo" and "toktotuu" respectively with the words "козгоодон баш to tartu" and "kyskartua";

2) in Article 339:

a) state part 1 in the following edition:

"(1) On the court order of the first instance the private claim or private representation by persons specified in Article part two 332 of this Code can be brought."

b) in part 2 to replace the word of "third" with figure "2-1";

c) state part 2-1 in the following edition:

"(2-1) Before pronouncement of the final judgment to appeal in cassation procedure and according to the procedure of supervision court orders of the first instance about refusal in acceptance to production of the statement for private prosecution, about election, change or cancellation of measure of restraint, about case referral on cognizance or about change of jurisdiction of the case are subject.";

d) in the offer the first to exclude parts 3 of the word "in superior court".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
