About modification and amendments in the resolution of Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus of August 10, 2012 No. 37

Based on part two of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2003 "About procedure and conditions of keeping of persons under guards", subitem 10.4 of Item 10 of the Regulations on Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2013 No. 325 "About some questions of Committee for State Security" the Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations in pre-trial detention centers of the state security agencies of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus of August 10, 2012 No. 37 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.09. 2012, 8/26395), following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 7 of the word "To Persons Containing" shall be replaced with words "Concerning persons containing";

add Item 8 with part two of the following content:

"Border of protection is the barrier located from the inside of the main barrier of the pre-trial detention center, designated by precautionary signs with text "The prohibited area, pass is prohibited!". In the absence of possibility of the proper equipment of border of protection it is the main barrier determining pre-trial detention center territory limits: gate (doors) of check-points, walls, roofs of buildings and constructions of the pre-trial detention center adjoining the main barrier, walls (doors and windows) offices (rooms) of investigative divisions of the state security agencies of the Republic of Belarus.";
