About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 4, the Art. 193) the following changes:

a) to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"the state bodies and local government bodies which are processing and issuing the title and right limiting real estate documents according to the legislation in the field of registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it shall send to 5-day time copies of these documents in local registration authorities in the location of unit of real estate on electronic and paper;";

b) add Article with the paragraph the seventh the following content:

"the responsible authorized person bears responsibility for failure to provide or untimely transfer of verified copies of the title and right limiting documents according to the procedure, provided by the administrative legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;".
