Make the following changes to the "Procedure for conducting military accounting of recruits and persons liable for call-up" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 26, 2012 No. 213 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2012, No. 9, Article 939):
1. in Item 1.2 of the word "for the purpose of providing appeal to active duty in accordance with the established procedure all recruits and persons liable for call-up" shall be replaced with words "for the purpose of picking by staff of Armed forces of the Azerbaijan Republic and other armed connections created according to the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic of all recruits and persons liable for call-up at the place of residence or the place of stay".
2. Add with Items 1.5 and 1.6 of the following content:
"1.5.
