About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2012 No. 1484

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2012 No. 1484 "About approval of Rules of determination of number of passengers for the purposes of calculation of insurance premium for the agreement of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier for damnification of life, health and property of passengers" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 2, the Art. 90).

2. This resolution becomes effective after 2 months from the date of official publication and is applied in case of determination of number of passengers for the purposes of calculation of insurance premium for the agreements of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier for damnification of life, health and property of passengers signed after the date of entry into force of this resolution.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2012 No. 1484

1. Declare Item 2 invalid.

2. In Rules of determination of number of passengers for the purposes of calculation of insurance premium for the agreement of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier for damnification of life, health and property of the passengers approved by the specified resolution:
