About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 8, 2013 No. 310

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 8, 2013 No. 310 "About approval of requirements imposed to the buildings and (or) rooms given by subjects of the Russian Federation for the purpose of placement of special facilities of the Federal Migration Service for content of the foreign citizens and stateless persons who are subject to administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation in the form of exclusion out of limits of the Russian Federation, deportation or readmission" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 15, Art. 1795; No. 40, Art. 5083).

1. In the name and the text of the word to "buildings and (or) rooms" shall be replaced with words to "buildings with the adjacent parcels of land".
2. In requirements imposed to the buildings and (or) rooms given by subjects of the Russian Federation for the purpose of placement of special facilities of the Federal Migration Service for content of the foreign citizens and stateless persons who are subject to administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation in the form of exclusion out of limits of the Russian Federation, the deportation or readmission approved by the specified resolution:
a) in the name of the word to "buildings and (or) rooms" shall be replaced with words to "buildings with the adjacent parcels of land";
b) in Item 1 of the word "Buildings and (or) Rooms" shall be replaced with words "Buildings with the adjacent parcels of land";
c) add with Items 9 and 10 of the following content:
