About additional measures for streamlining of export-import transactions

Note that consecutive implementation of measures for liberalization of foreign trade activity is resulted by positive changes in structure of export - the share of finished goods and services increased, the positive balance in foreign trade turnover is steadily provided.

There are facts of gross violation by importers of customs clearance of the delivered goods, artificial understating of the declared cost, evasion from customs payment.

Slowly there is process of reorientation of the manufacturing companies from use in production of the imported raw materials, materials and components for their localization, expansion of release of the competitive products providing inflow of own currency means.

For the purpose of increase in balance of foreign trade turnover, further enhancement of customs and tariff regulation of export-import transactions, forming of favorable conditions for upgrade and technological modernization of the companies, expansion of production of competitive export-oriented products:
