About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 296 of April 16, 2009.

In the Order of the Government No. 296 of April 16, 2009. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for test for alcohol and medical examination for determination of state of intoxication and its nature" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 80-81, 347), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 3 of the resolution of the word of "the staff of road traffic police" shall be replaced with words "employees of National patrol inspectorate of the General inspectorate of police";

2) in the Provision:

a) in Item 2 in the concept "testing for alcohol" of the word of "police officer" shall be replaced with words "the employee of National patrol inspectorate of the General inspectorate of police";

b) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. The conclusion about state of intoxication is taken out:

a) the minimum degree – in case of establishment of concentration of alcohol from 0,3 to 0,5 of g/l in blood or from 0,15 to 0,3 of mg/l in the exhaled air;

b) the expressed degree – in case of exceeding of concentration of 0,5 alcohol of g/l in blood or 0,3 of mg/l in the exhaled air.";

c) in Item 9 of the word "police officers" shall be replaced with words "employees of National patrol inspectorate of the General inspectorate of police" and to add at the end with the words "according to the instructions approved for this purpose";

d) in Item 13 of the word "police officer" shall be replaced with words "the employee of National patrol inspectorate of the General inspectorate of police";

e) in Item 16 of the word of "the employee of road traffic police" shall be replaced with words "the employee of National patrol inspectorate of the General inspectorate of police".
