Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on awards of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of mass media approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 20, 2013 No. 606 "About awards of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of mass media" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 30, the Art. 4115).

1. State Items 8 and 9 in the following edition:
"8. Cash part of award is transferred into the accounts of winners of award opened in the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

To federal public budget (autonomous) institutions - winners of award cash part of award is provided by the federal executive body performing functions and powers of the founder of such organization.
