About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the status of the head of the village, the settlement

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, Art. 170 with subsequent changes):

3. 4. The term of office of the head elected on regular elections constitutes five years, except cases of early termination of its powers on the bases and according to the procedure, the determined this Law.
