About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning accomplishment of the Convention on protection of wild flora and fauna and environments of dwelling in Europe

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, Appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) in Article 87:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts one of the word "from three to five" "from thirty to fifty", and the words "from five to seven" - the words "from fifty to seventy";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of the word "from five to seven" "from fifty to seventy";

2) in Article 88:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts one of the word "from three to five" "from thirty to fifty", and the words "from five to seven" - the words "from fifty to seventy";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of the word "from five to ten" "from fifty to hundred", and the words "from seven to twelve" - the words "from seventy to hundred twenty";

The second Article 88-2 - the word "from three to seven" shall be replaced with words 3) in the paragraph "from thirty to seventy";

The second Article 174 of the word "from ten to fifteen" shall be replaced with words 4) in the paragraph "from hundred to hundred fifty", and to exclude the words "or without that".

2. The paragraph third parts five of Article 70 of the Forest code of Ukraine (2006, No. 21, the Art. 170) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the words "and also trees with nests of rare species of the birds included in the Red List of Ukraine (black stork, osprey, sea eagle-belokhvost and others), hollow and old trees".
