Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Rules of the direction of funds (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital for improvement of the housing conditions approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 12, 2007 No. 862 "About Rules of the direction of funds (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital for improvement of housing conditions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 51, Art. 6374; 2009, No. 50, Art. 6102; 2010, No. 49, Art. 6516; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2435; No. 44, Art. 6059):

a) in the subitem "b" of Item 8 and the paragraph the fourth Item 10.2 of the word "the copy of the certificate on state registration of the property right" shall be replaced with words "the statement from the Single state real estate register containing information on the rights";

b) third Item 10.4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
