Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 11, 2013 No. 1011 "About approval of Rules of the conclusion federal executive body of the contract with the foreign organization for treatment of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 47, Art. 6097; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1153).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017.

1. In word preamble "Item 3 of part 2 of Article 83" shall be replaced with words "Item 34 of part 1 of Article 93".

2. In the Rules of the conclusion federal executive body of the contract with the foreign organization for treatment of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:

a) declare Item 3 invalid;

b) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. The conclusion of the contract with the single contractor of services - the foreign organization is performed with observance of requirements of parts 2 - 4 articles 93 of the Federal Law.".
