About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2016 "About entering of amendments and changes into presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 319

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9345; 2010, No. 71, 5/31466; 2011, No. 7, 5/33130; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 22.12. 2012, 5/36654; 14:03. 2013, 5/36976; 02:07. 2015, 5/40722):

1.1.1. in Item 5:

to state paragraphs of the fifth and sixth of subitem 5.3 in the following edition:
