About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About criminal and executive service"

Article 1. In article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-160 "About criminal and executive service" of July 8, 2005:
Item 3 of part 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3) the size of base pay of the employee in certain position is determined by multiplication of base official rate of the corresponding coefficient for calculation of the corresponding official rate which cannot be less than the minimum wage established by the law,",
2) words of the first offer of part 5 "for every year is established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "is established by the individual clause of the law on the government budget every year.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after official publication.
