1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for storage of the data which are tax secret, access to them and their disclosure approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 16, 2004 No. 1149 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 154, 5/14853; 2007, No. 292, 5/26306; 2009, No. 18, 5/29137; 2011, No. 7, 5/33135):

1.1.1. in part one:
