About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About criminal and executive service"

Article 1. In article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-160 "About criminal and executive service" of July 8, 2005 (further – the Law):

1) to add the title after the word "positions" with the words "and list of positions of criminal and executive service";

Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. The list of the main positions entering into separate groups of positions of criminal and executive service and also the positions balanced to these positions is established by the President of the Republic of Armenia, on government proposal of the Republic of Armenia.";

To add 3) with part 3 following of content:

"3. Compliance of the main positions of military service in system of defense, homeland security of the Republic of Armenia, republican executive bodies, polices, to the main positions of criminal and executive service and service of rescuing is established by the President of the Republic of Armenia, on government proposal of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2014.
