"3(1). To federal executive bodies to introduce till May 15, 2017 in accordance with the established procedure in the Government of the Russian Federation drafts of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation of approval of criteria of reference of activities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and (or) the production facilities used by them to certain category of risk or certain class (category) of danger:

a) To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in coordination with the interested federal executive bodies for:

federal state control (supervision) in the field of migration;

federal state supervision in the field of traffic safety;

b) To the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation in coordination with Federal Nature Management Supervision Service, other interested federal executive bodies for:
