2.2. from the list of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom, approved by this resolution to exclude Item 1;

2.3. to exclude from the list of services of telecommunication and mail service public, rates for which are regulated by the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade approved by this resolution Item 5.
