About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property"

Article 1. ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" of April 14, 1999 to add the law of the Republic of Armenia with Article 47.1 of the following content:

"Article 47.1. Features of registration of the property rights of the Republic of Armenia or municipality on objects, constructions of water economy, power, transport, communication and utility infrastructures occupied by them the parcels of land

1. Within the program approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia:

1) based on the transaction on alienation to the legal entity and on transfer of the right to municipality by this legal entity for the purpose of transfer to municipality of the objects which are state-owned property, constructions of water economy, power, transport, communication and utility infrastructures occupied by them the parcels of land by the property right, the property right of municipality, without state registration of the right of the legal entity to property is subject to registration;

2) based on the transaction on alienation to the legal entity and on transfer of the right to the state by this legal entity for the purpose of transfer to the state of the objects which are municipal property of the Republic of Armenia, constructions of water economy, power, transport, communication and utility infrastructures occupied by them the parcels of land by the property right, the right of state-owned property, without state registration of the right of the legal entity to property is subject to registration.

2. The term established by part 6 of article 24 of this Law for the transactions specified in this Article is calculated from the date of the conclusion of the transaction on transfer of the right to the state or municipality by the legal entity.
