Article 3. To state article 11 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 11. Availability of information of the single state real estate register
1. The information access of the single state real estate register is limited by limited availability the established part 5 of this Article of information, and also the data containing the state, office or protected by the law other secret.
2. The data of the single state real estate register containing the state or official secret are provided according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state and official secret".
3. The data of the single state real estate register which are part of information of the state kartografo-geodetic fund are provided in the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
