About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About batches"

Article 1. ZR-410 of July 3, 2002 "About batches" (further – the Law) after words of "activities liquidation" to add article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the words "terminations".

Article 2. In article 25 of the Law:

To add 1) with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. In the cases provided by part 2 of this Article, the property value, presented to batch by one person, cannot exceed two thousandfold size of the minimum wage established by the Law. The real estate transferred to batch as donation cannot be aloof at least, than within five years from the date of donation.",

2) the word of part 4 "2" shall be replaced with words "2 or 2.1".

Article 3. In the title of Chapter 6 of the Law of the word "and prohibition on activities" shall be replaced with words ", the termination and prohibition on activities".

Article 4. To state article 30 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 30. Termination and prohibition on activities

1. Activity of the party can be stopped or prohibited under the resolution of the Constitutional court.

2. Concerning the termination and prohibition on activities on the stipulated in Article 9 these Laws the bases the President of the Republic of Armenia, the National assembly of the Republic of Armenia or the Government of the Republic of Armenia can appeal to the Constitutional court.".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
