About the local taxes and charges

This Decree determines types of the local taxes and charges, their extreme sizes and procedure for calculation and is directed to strengthening of budgets of local self-government.

Article 1. Types of the local taxes and charges

Treat the local taxes and charges:

collection for the parking of cars;

market collection;

collection for issue of the warrant for the apartment;

collection from owners of dogs;

resort collection;

collection for participation is in hiding on hippodrome;

collection for prize on races;

collection from persons participating in game on totalizator on hippodrome;

tax on advertizing;

collection on right to use of local symbolics;

collection for the right of carrying out film and teleshootings;

collection for holding local auctions, competitive sale and lotteries;

utility tax;

sales tax of mportny goods;

collection for issue of permission to placement of objects of trade;

Article 2.

It is excluded by the Law N641-IV, 20.03.2003

Article 3. Collection for the parking of motor transport

Payers of collection for the parking of motor transport are the legal entities and citizens parking cars in the places which are specially equipped or allocated for this purpose.

The rate of charge for the parking of motor transport is established from calculation in one hour of the parking, its extreme size shall not exceed 3 percent not of taxable minimum of the income of citizens in specially equipped places and 1 percent - in the allocated places.

Collection is paid for the parking of motor transport by drivers on site of the parking.
