About modification of appendix to Rules of the conclusion of special investment contracts
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
Bring in appendix to the Rules of the conclusion of special investment contracts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708 "About special investment contracts for separate industries" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 30, the Art. 4587), the following changes:
a) add item 4 with the subitem "z" of the following content:
"h) 1 member of the commission - the representative of the Russian Government Office.";
b) add Item 7 with the subitem "d" of the following content:
"e) the deputy manager of authorized body responsible for forming and realization of state policy in industry within which the conclusion of the special investment contract is planned.".
