About modification of the Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" concerning measures for providing celebration of feat of participants of Revolution of Advantage and perpetuating of memory of Heroes of People killed during Euromaidan

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. "On regulation of town-planning activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 34, of Art. 343 with subsequent changes) to add the Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 6-2 of the following content:

"6-2. Determine that action of part three of article 24 of this Law does not extend to provision of the parcel of land on Alleya Geroyev Nebesnoy Sotni (Ulitsa Institutskaya), 3 in Pechersky district of the city of Kiev from lands of utility property in use to the National memorial complex of Heroes of People killed during Euromaidan - the Museum of Revolution of Advantage for construction, operation and servicing of memorial and museum complex.

The construction of memorial and museum complex shall be performed according to the project developed by results of open tender on the best project of this memorial and museum complex held in the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and the public discussion of competitive offers approved taking into account results.

Further change of purpose or the owner (user) of the parcel of land specified in paragraph one of this Item and transfer of the parcel of land (its part) or rooms of memorial and museum complex in lease and/or the sublease is forbidden".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
