About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2015 No. 1456

Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2015 No. 1456 "About measures for implementation of the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2016" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 2, the Art. 332) the following changes:
a) add Item 39 with the subitem "g" of the following content:
"d) perform internal (external) borrowings with exceeding of the upper limit of the public internal (external) debt of the Russian Federation established for 2016 by the Federal Law for the purpose of substitution of external (internal) borrowings within upper limit of public debt of the Russian Federation (the amount of upper limit of the public internal debt of the Russian Federation established by the Federal Law and upper limit of the public external debt of the Russian Federation established by the Federal Law).";
b) in Item 41 of the word "to 758 million rubles" shall be replaced with words "to 760, 6 million rubles".
