1. returns in department of the State corporation electronic prototype of case with the electronic draft decision in the presence of the bases for familiarizing with electronic prototype of case of additional documents, for decision making about purpose of retirement benefits no more than thirty working days in time.

certifies the electronic draft decision by means of the EDS:

about purpose of retirement benefits in case of full compliance of electronic prototype of case according to the Standard;

about refusal in purpose of retirement benefits with indication of causes of failure in cases not of provision of required documents, establishment of unauthenticity of the documents submitted by uslugopoluchatel for receipt of the state service, and (or) these (data) containing in them, discrepancies of uslugopoluchatel and (or) the provided materials supplied and the information necessary for rendering the state service, to requirements, approved by the Order No. 223);

sends in the automatic mode electronic prototype of case with the electronic draft decision on appointment (refusal in appointment) retirement benefits to the head of department (management) of the service provider.

At this stage the electronic prototype of case with the electronic draft decision on appointment (refusal in appointment) retirement benefit certified by the EDS of the specialist of department of the service provider is result of the procedure (action) for rendering the state service;

2) the head of department (management) of the service provider performing functions to destination of retirement benefits within two working days:

considers the arrived electronic prototype of case with the electronic draft decision (checks correctness of calculation, quality of the scanned documents);

returns in department of the State corporation electronic prototype of case with the electronic draft decision in the presence of the bases for familiarizing with electronic prototype of case of the additional documents necessary for decision making about purpose of retirement benefits no more than thirty working days in time;

in the presence of the bases within five working days from the date of receipt of electronic prototype of case to the service provider checks reliability of the submitted document, including from IS through lock of "the electronic government", with the notification on it of uslugopoluchatel through department of the State corporation in form according to appendix 19, approved by the Order No. 223;

certifies the electronic draft decision by means of the EDS:
