3. To the state agency of the information resources and technologies under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in 4-month time after taking measures specified in paragraph three of Item 2 of this resolution to start issue of all-civil, diplomatic, office passports and passports of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of new sample.
