1. Approve the enclosed draft of the Supplementary agreement No. 2 to the Contract for implementation of the investment project "Production and Delivery of New Samples of Forms of All-civil, Diplomatic, Service Passports and Passports of Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, Development, Installation and Operation of System of the Automated Personification of Passports during Operation of the Contract" of April 27, 2004 (further - the Supplementary agreement No. 2).

2. Authorize the chairman of the National agency of information resources, technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) on signing on behalf of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of the above-stated Supplementary agreement No. 2.

3. After signing of the Supplementary agreement No. 2 to assign to the National agency of information resources, technologies and bonds of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) responsibility for execution of the actions provided by the Contract for implementation of the investment project "Production and Delivery of New Samples of Forms of All-civil, Diplomatic, Service Passports and Passports of Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, Development, Installation and Operation of System of the Automated Personification of Passports during Operation of the Contract" of April 27, 2004 (further - the Contract) and the Supplementary agreement No. 2.

4. Determine that payment is made in national currency of the Kyrgyz Republic at contract price:

- for the personified all-civil passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic in the amount of, equivalent 6, 79 Euros at the rate of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic on the date of payment;

- for the personified diplomatic passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic in the amount of, equivalent 6, 79 Euros at the rate of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic on the date of payment;
