Bring in the Regulations on procedure for provision of superficial water objects in lease for fish breeding approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2015 No. 333 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of superficial water objects in lease for fish breeding and recognition voided resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.04.2015, 5/40445), changes and amendments, having been reworded as follows it it (is applied).
2. Make to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food explanations concerning application of regulations of the Regulations on procedure for provision of superficial water objects in lease for fish breeding.
3. The lease agreements of superficial water objects for fish breeding signed before entry into force of this resolution act on conditions on which they are imprisoned, before the expiration of the terms specified in these agreements.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
