About modification of appendices No. 3 and No. 7 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2017" concerning refining of the name of subvention

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in appendices No. 3 and No. 7 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2017" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 3, the Art. 31) the following changes:

in appendix No. 3 in the name of the budget program for code of program classification of expenses and crediting of the government budget 2511120 of the word and figure "determined by paragraphs 11 - 14" shall be replaced with words also in figures "determined by Items 11 - 14";

in appendix No. 7 on subvention from the general fund of the government budget to local budgets on payment of monetary compensation for premises, proper to obtaining, for families of the dead determined by paragraphs 5 - 8 of Item 1 of Article 10, and also for persons with disability of the I-II group determined by paragraphs 11 - 14 of part two of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantee of their social protection", and persons which lost functionality of the lower extremities which disability came owing to wound, contusion, mutilation or diseases got with direct participation in anti-terrorist operation and needing improvement of housing conditions, words and figures "determined by paragraphs 11 - 14" shall be replaced with words also in figures "determined by Items 11 - 14".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
