Bring in the Procedure of trading activity and the rule of trade servicing in the market of consumer goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 15, 2006 No. 833 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 25, Art. 1818; 2007, No. 73, Art. 2733; 2009, No. 87, Art. 2939; 2011, No. 51, Art. 2038, No. 61, Art. 2435; 2013, No. 27, the Art. 926), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure of trading activity and the rule of trade servicing in the market of consumer goods

1. In Item 5 of the word "allowing documents (the license, the trade patent, etc.)" shall be replaced with words "documents of allowing nature and the license".

2. In Item 10:

1) word in paragraph four "the trade patent," to exclude;

2) in paragraph six of the word "veterinary documents" to exclude.

3. In the paragraph the second Item 11 to replace the word "brand" with the word "brand".

4. Add the Procedure with Item 17-1 of the following content:

"17-1. The sales of goods which imitate food products (have their form, smell, color, type, registration, marking, amount or the size) are forbidden and threaten safety or health of consumers, including children who can confuse them with food products, put in mouth, suck or eat that can lead to suffocation, intoxication, perforation or impassability of digestive tract.".

5. To add Item 18 after words of "obligatory certification" with the words "in the state system of certification".

6. Item 21 in paragraph four "special" to replace the word with the word of "electronic".
