About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to requirements of article 99 of the Constitution of Ukraine, Articles 7, of 15, of 30, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for carrying out some currency transactions the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for issue of individual licenses on implementation of investments abroad approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 16, 1999 No. 122, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 26, 1999 for No. 259/3552 (with changes), the following changes:

1) the second offer of Item 1.9 of Chapter 1 to exclude;

2) in Chapter 4:

to add subitem 4.2.1 of Item 4.2 with the new offer of the following content: "With indication of the bases for response the National Bank of Ukraine notifies the owner of the license on revocation of license (in the presence), the authorized bank specified in the license (in the presence and provided that for date of revocation of license term carrying out calculations for it did not expire) and monitoring body in which the owner of the license is on accounting";
