1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Inventory for the ensuring defense capability, homeland security and law and order which are subject to exemption of the VAT and the customs duties when importing on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 7, 2013 No. 455 the following changes:
- in the name and Item 1 of the word "and customs duties when importing on customs" shall be replaced with words "when importing on";
- in preamble of the word and figures "and Item 11 of Article 178 of the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic" to exclude;
- in the name of the Inventory for the ensuring defense capability, homeland security and law and order which are subject to exemption of the VAT and the customs duties when importing on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
shall be replaced with words the words "and customs duties when importing on customs" "when importing on".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
