About the list of necessary data for approval of the passport of production of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products

1. Approve the list of necessary data for approval of the passport of production of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products according to appendix to this order.

2. Recognize invalid the following orders of the Chairman of Committee on the state control over production and turnover of alcoholic products of the Ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) of October 5, 2000 No. 188 "About the list of data of passports of production, necessary for development" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts on November 17, 2000 1288);

2) of September 13, 2001 No. 167 "About modification of the order of the Chairman of Committee on the state control over production and turnover of alcoholic products of the Ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2000 No. 188 "About the list of data of passports of production, necessary for development" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts on December 29, 2001 1722).

3. To management of administration of excises of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kim R. Yu.):

1) to direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
