1. Bring in the Standard procedure for carrying out the public report of the head of executive body approved by the order of the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service of December 20, 2016 No. 277, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 11, 2017 for No. 28/29896, the following changes:

in the Section II:

state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. The public report together with information on its carrying out is placed not later than week before its carrying out:

heads of the central executive bodies and chairmen of regional public administrations on the website of relevant organ of the executive authority and the website "Civil Society and Power";

chairmen of district public administrations on the website of relevant organ of the executive authority and the website of the relevant regional public administration.";

in Item 7 of the word "on the official site of relevant organ of the executive authority and the website "Civil Society and Power" to exclude.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of strategic planning and analysis of policy of NAGS (department of information and analytical providing) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
