Bring in the Regulations of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus approved by the solution of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2014 No. P-916/2014 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.04. 2014, 6/1408), following amendments and changes:

1.1. the paragraph one of Item 1 after the words "in Article 25" to add with the words "and other Articles";

1.2. state Item 16 in the following edition:

"16. Idea of the Constitutional Court of the termination of powers of the judge of the Constitutional Court on the bases provided by paragraphs to the ninth and tenth part one of article 108 of the Code is accepted according to the procedure, established by articles 105-106 of the Code, by a majority vote from the complete list of judges of the Constitutional Court.

Idea of the Constitutional Court of the termination of powers of the judge of the Constitutional Court is brought to the President of the Republic of Belarus.";
