1. State Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The list of zones of free overflow is determined for the corresponding calendar year according to the basic list of zones of free overflow (according to appendix No. 2 to this Procedure) taking into account the offers on consolidation approved according to this Procedure for the corresponding calendar year of two and more contiguous zones of free overflow (further - consolidation of zones of free overflow).".
2. In Item 7 of the word "according to appendix to this Procedure" shall be replaced with words "according to appendix No. 1 to this Procedure".
3. In numerical heading of appendix to the Procedure the word "Appendix" shall be replaced with words "Appendix No. 1".
4. Add with appendix No. 2 of the following content:
