1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 1993 No. 509 "About measures for improvement of the organization of quarantine of plants in the Republic of Belarus" (Collection of the orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1993, No. 21, Art. 420; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 123, 5/22635; 2009, No. 171, 5/30148):

1.1.1. in Item 2:

in word part one of "governmental activities on external and internal quarantine of plants" shall be replaced with words "quarantine phytosanitary actions";

in word part two of "the instruction on quarantine of plants" and "all ministries, the state committees, departments, the companies and other subjects of managing" to replace respectively with words of "the instruction in the field of quarantine of plants" and "the legal entities and physical persons performing the address with quarantinable objects";

1.1.2. exclude Item 5;
