About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of renaming of local public administrations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About local public administrations" (1999, Art. No. 20-21, 190) after part two to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with new part of the following content:

"Names of local public administrations are derivative of names of the corresponding administrative and territorial units. Change of the name of administrative and territorial unit is the basis for renaming of the relevant local public administration".

With respect thereto speak rapidly third - to consider the sixth respectively parts four - the seventh.

2. Part the second article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (2014, No. 13, the Art. 222) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) renaming of local public administrations in connection with change of names of the corresponding administrative and territorial units, makes decisions on the specified questions".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two weeks from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
