About enforcement of provisions of article IX of the Law on modification and amendments in some legal acts No. 280 of December 16, 2016

For the purpose of realization of provisions of article IX of the Law on modification and amendments in some legal acts No. 280 of December 16, 2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 472-477, 945), the Government DECIDES:

1. Permit customs authority to place under customs regime of import the vehicles classified by goods item 8703, irrespective of useful life with the registration plates issued in administrative and territorial units of left bank of Dniester and Bender's municipium with payment of excise in the amount of 30% of the rate of excise established for 2016 based on customs declarations for persons who till November 1, 2016 owned or used the corresponding vehicles, and the documents issued in administrative and territorial units of left bank of Dniester and Bender's municipium with submission in writing of the declaration under the personal liability of the applicant concerning the accuracy of the information containing in these documents according to appendix.

2. To the agency of the state services to perform registration of the specified vehicles based on document package listed in Item 1, and customs certificate.
