1. In the Order of Customs Service No. 390-O of 26.10.2016 "About charge and collection of collection for implementation of customs procedures" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 399-404/1945) to make the following changes and additions:
1) the Section I "General provisions" of Methodological instructions for charge and collection of collection for implementation of customs procedures to add with Item 1.5 of the following content:
"1.5. TP according to the 22nd type of customs service are applied in case of maintenance of the vehicle to boundary customs authority to export from customs area of the Republic of Moldova".
The Section III "Charge and reflection of collection for implementation of customs procedures in the customs declaration" to add 2) with Item 3.5 of the following content:
"3.5. Write-off of TP in case of maintenance of the vehicle to boundary customs authority for export from customs area of the Republic of Moldova is performed in the Accounting S.I module. "ASYCUDA WORLD" by means of "E-document" on write-off".
Item 4.3 of the Section IV "Collection of collection for implementation of customs procedures" to state 3) in the following edition:
"4.3. Collection of cash from physical persons is performed by information method (in the Accounting S.I module. "ASYCUDA WORLD")".
