No. 208-209, 1278), and also for the purpose of execution of provisions of the Law No. 281 of December 16, 2016 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2016, 947) I ORDER to Art. No. 472-477,:
1. In the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 83 of June 10, 2013 about provision of powers of the Main state tax authorities under the Ministry of Finance to act as competent authority on issue of the forms confirming residence and payment by nonresidents of the income tax in the Republic of Moldova (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova of 2013, Art. No. 125-129, 858), to make the following changes:
Syntagma of "The main state tax authorities under the Ministry of Finance" to replace 1) in the name of the order on State Tax Administration;
To replace 2) in Item 1 of the word "the state territorial tax authorities and head department of administration of large taxpayers of the Main state tax authorities under the Ministry of Finance" with syntagma State Tax Administration.
2. In the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 110 of July 28, 2015 about approval of the standard form the IVAO15 "Report on Tax on the Income from Operating Activiies" form (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 211-212, 1391) to make the following changes:
1) in appendix No. 1 and appendix No. 2 (3) syntagma of "The main state tax authorities" to replace Item with syntagma to State Tax Administration;
