1. Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on the Head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of June 23, 2011 No. 1707/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 23, 2011 on No. 759/19497, the following changes:
1) subitems 4. 4.11 to state 9, in the following edition:
"4.9 performs within the powers provided by the law, according to the procedure, determined by the legislation, coordination of activities of territorial authorities of the ministries, other central executive bodies, executive bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local public administrations, and also state companies, organizations, organizations and the national economic associations, educational institutions concerning legal formation of the population, gives them necessary methodical assistance;";
"4.11 participates in informing citizens on their rights and freedoms, legal policy of the state, projects implementation connected with legal formation of the population;";
