Bring in the Rules of provision of services on centralized heating, supply with cold and hot water and drainage system approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2005 No. 630 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 30, Art. 1811; 2015, No. 101, Art. 3474; 2016, No. 87, the Art. 2828, No. 98, the Art. 3186), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Rules of provision of services on centralized heating, supply with cold and hot water and drainage system

1. The paragraph one of Item 10 to state in the following edition:

"10. Fee according to indications of the metering devices of water established in the apartment (the house of farmstead type) is carried out only in case of implementation of accounting in all points of analysis of cold and hot water in the apartment (the house of farmstead type) irrespective of availability of means of accounting on inputs to the apartment house.".

2. In Item 22:

The paragraph third to state 1) in the following edition:

"In case of establishment of means of accounting of water in the apartment (the house of farmstead type) of their indication are distributed in proportion to the number of inhabitants of the apartment (the house of farmstead type).
