1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 1, 2015 No. 654 "About ensuring realization and monitoring of efficiency of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)" (with changes) the following changes:

1) to add Item 1 with the new subitem of the following content:

"8) specified in the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of March 15, 2017 "About application of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", No. 63/2017, enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 15, 2017 to which the sanction "prevention of conclusion of the capitals out of limits of Ukraine for benefit of the faces tied with banks" is applied it is forbidden to perform any transactions for benefit of the related persons providing money transfer out of limits of Ukraine or consequence of which conclusion of the capitals of such banks out of limits of Ukraine can be, including:
