About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 8, the Art. 323) the following changes:

"Article 43-2. Calculations for education services

Payment of the educational services rendered by the state, municipal and private educational organizations in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic is made in national currency by transfer of money on the bank account of the educational organization or the special account in treasury.

Requirements of the educational organizations about payment of educational and other services in foreign currency are illegal and can entail responsibility, stipulated by the legislation.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after one month from the date of official publication.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
