About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Resolution No. 881 of October 21, 2014. "About approval of the General regulations on legislative metrology establishing requirements to the bottles used as measuring vessels" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 325-332, 949) to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the name and in the text of the resolution, and also in the name and in the text of Regulations changes are made only in the text in state language;

2) Regulations:

a) state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. The producer, his authorized representative or the importer of the bottles used as measuring vessels shall observe requirements of these Regulations.";

c) Item 8:
