In the Instruction about procedure for issue of leaf about medical leave approved by the Order of the Government No. 469 of May 24, 2005. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 77-79, 529), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1) Item 10:
a) in the paragraph the second "After 120 calendar days" to replace the text with the text "In the 120th calendar day";
b) third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Since 120th calendar day of temporary disability, medical leave can be prolonged based on the conclusion of the Consultation on establishment of restriction of opportunities and working capacity no more than for 60 calendar days irrespective of if medical leave is primary or is case of continuation of temporary disability.";
c) in paragraph four "After 180 calendar days" to replace the text with the text "In the 180th calendar day";
d) in paragraph six "after 180 calendar days" to replace the text with the text "in the 180th calendar day, at most for 185 calendar days, depending on the course of disease and from results of measures for rehabilitation";
To replace 2) in Item 25 of figure "16" with figures "18";
